Registration in ICAISV-2023 and workshops
All conference participants must pay the registration fee. Participants can choose in-person or virtual options.
Important Note
1. For each paper/poster, at least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must register
in ICAISV by the requested registration deadline.
2. If you are not sure that you can attend the conference personally, you have the option to
initially register as a Virtual Presenter. Live-stream virtual participation is an exciting
opportunity for participants around the world to engage with an international audience without having to
travel. If you can later join the conference in-person, you will be able to shift your presentation mode to
Oral, by paying the extra fee required for Regular registration.
3. The student price is only applicable to the First author who is a student currently.
4. For those listeners, who do not need to submit a paper and like to attend virtually in the
conference, there is no necessary to pay registration fee, however, they should register for getting meeting
rooms’ links.

6. All of the scientific committee members and keynote speakers have been registered by
conference chair. Thus, there is no need for filling the registration form by themselves.
